How do I become a Precinct Committee Officer (PCO)?

Any registered Republican living in a Yakima County precinct can run for PCO. PCO elections are held during the August primary in even-numbered years, and vacancies between elections may be filled by appointment. PCOs make up the central committee and vote on endorsements, party officers, and bylaws.
