Where to Vote & Drop Your Ballot in Yakima County

Election day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Ballots must be in an official drop box by 8:00 PM that night, or postmarked by election day if mailed.

Vote in person with the Yakima County Republican Party

Saturdays, October 24 & 31, 2026, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Volunteers can help you register, replace a lost ballot, or answer questions about what is on the ballot. These are party help stations, not county voting centers.

Drop your ballot with the party

These businesses accept a sealed, signed ballot during their normal hours and the party delivers them to the Auditor. If you would rather not hand your ballot to anyone, use an official county drop box — both are counted the same way.

Official Yakima County drop boxes

All 22 boxes are maintained by the Yakima County Auditor and need no postage. They are open from the day ballots are mailed until 8:00 PM on election day. Verify at the county's ballot return page.
